Stephen B. Eisenberg, D.D.S.
A native Washingtonian. I grew up in the Silver Spring area of Montgomery County where I graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. When not practicing dentistry, I enjoy playing golf, tennis and riding my bicycle. I love to travel, especially to the American west. An avid photographer, I have enjoyed taking all of the photos on this web site. 2007 marks my 29th year of private practice in Prince George's County. I live in Fulton, Maryland with my wife Rochelle (another Washingtonian) and children.



Education
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and in 1977, graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery; Dental School, University of Maryland. In June 1978 I completed a General Practice Residency program at De Paul Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. The Academy of General Dentistry awarded me its Fellowship in 1983, recognizing my completion of additional educational studies, a commitment which continues to today.



Professional Affiliations
I am a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Southern Maryland Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.



Teaching
Following completion of a hospital based General Practice Residency program, I established my practice in Prince George's County, Maryland. I also taught part time at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery; Dental School, University of Maryland as a clinical instructor in Oral Diagnosis (1978-1980), Special Patient Clinic (1980-1981), Geriatric Dentistry Preceptor (1981-1983) and Oral Surgery/Conscious Sedation (1981-1982). Since 2004, I hold the title of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics, Prosthodontics & Operative Dentistry supervising 3rd and 4th year pre-doctoral dental students in the general practice clinics.
